Event details:

  • Date: 2nd - 3rd October 2010.
  • Venue: 40 minutes from Cape Town.
  • Time: Gates open at 12:00. Music starts at 16:00 on Saturday. Music Stops at 16:00 on Sunday. We encourage people to stay until they feel safe to drive home. Stay until Monday if you like, we are! :-)

Venue directions:

Follow the N2 to Somerset West. Continue through Somerset West until you pass the Firlands Shell Service Station on your right. Take the very next turn to your LEFT. You will pass the Blue Rock Cable Skiing dam on your left and then will go around a traffic circle and through a little township. You will then come to a T-Junction. (PLEASE be mindful that this is an active railway line!) Turn RIGHT and drive to the end of the road. Signs will confirm that your life is heading in the right direction!

The first 50 cars through the gate will get to camp next to their cars, or until the exclusive area is full.

STRICTLY:

  • ROAR. (Rights Of Admission Reserved)
  • No firearms or explosive devices. (Dangerous Weapons)
  • No fires or fireworks !!!!!
  • No glass bottles – Cars will be searched on entry. We all love walking bare foot, lets keep this a foot friendly venue! You are welcome to bring your own alcohol but please decant it into plastic bottles and/or bring cans.
  • No illegal Substances.
  • Only positive attitudes allowed.

What to bring:

  • Camping equipment. (Please remember a padlock for your tent)
  • Swimming gear.
  • Sunscreen.
  • Sun glasses.
  • Hat.
  • Torch.
  • Closed shoes – for night time.
  • Open shoes – for daytime.
  • Rain jacket just in case.
  • Insect repellent.
